Mr. Postman ❤

Hi Lovelies!
Long time no speak! It feels like I haven't posted in ages, but I have been settling into my new job. I have to admit I love it :D I'm so happy and even though its pretty busy at times its what I call "good busy" because I'm doing something I love. I have also been made to feel really welcome by my new work friends and I have been busy personalising my desk with all my beauty bits and bobs. I think they  definitely know who's the beauty blogger in the office haha! I think my blogging routine might be a little all over the place for a while, just until I find my natural flow... as this is my first full time job. However, I'm sure you lovelies will understand and support me through this little transition. I have been busy ordering work dresses and beauty bits, so I thought I would show you some bits the post man delivered to me yesterday. Today's post is going to be more of an initial thoughts post, as I have only gotten around to trying them out this morning. I hope you enjoy this post lovelies and as always if you ever need any help or advice then make sure you contact me via my Social Media icons. I also love hearing from you in my comments section! and I'm sure I'm not alone in saying that every comment truly makes my day.

I feel like I'm the only person who hasn't tried a MAC foundation haha! but I have always loved my light and fluid foundations like the Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua and YSL's Le Teint Touche Eclat foundation. I have always thought of MAC foundation's as being higher coverage, but with being such a busy bee these days I feel like I need a longer lasting coverage to last the day without having to touch up. I used Findation to pick my shade (naughty) because you should always go in and get matched, but I seem to have got the knack for just knowing my shade haha. I decided to go with NC25 as it's more Yellow toned which I prefer in my foundations. I am lighter skinned, but I do get some "Redness" on my face so I find a Yellow tone helps to correct any discolouration. The first thing I noticed was its gel like texture and with a pea sized amount I felt the coverage was light/medium and not a million miles away from the kind of coverage I like. I then applied a little more and that's when I seen the coverage build up quite quickly. It did take while a while to sink into my skin and I found myself blending with two brushes to try and get it to look as natural as possible. However, I am quite impressed with the foundation and think it will be good for when I'm after a higher coverage option.

Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector
These lipbalms/glosses are definitely well loved amongst the blogosphere, and I can honestly say nothing tops these in terms of their ability to really work, moisturise, add a hint of colour and also on top of all that they smell absolutely out of this world! I have used "Rose Shimmer" before, but decided to try "Apricot Shimmer" which is a lovely light shade that will be fantastic for keeping my lips looking and feeling good throughout my long days at work!

Emma Hardie Luxury Superskin Face & Body Hamper
I must admit this was a cheeky treat to myself after going through some quite stressful times recently. I'm a huge fan of the Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm, so I thought this little beauty hamper would be a fabulous way to try out some other products from the Emma Hardie range! I'm also planning some vacations.. so the lovely White and Gold beauty bag will come in very handy too haha!

NEOM Luxury Organics Organic Reed Diffuser - Real Luxury *
My love for NEOM continues haha! I have also put in an order for their "Perfect Nights Sleep Package" which contains some fabulous NEOM goodies to help you sleep peacefully, so I will get that on the blog as soon as I can. However, this gorgeous Organic Reed Diffuser will be fantastic for giving my room a Sophisticated, calming but light fragrance. I have really gotten into fragrances this year and I can't wait to try some other products from the range.

I hope you have enjoyed this post lovelies! I will be writing full reviews for all the products mentioned in today's post, so don't forget to check back. I have the weekend off before I start back at work, so I am planning on writing some posts to put on the blog this week. I just wanted to take the oppotunity to say a huge thank you for always supporting me and my blog!

Mini Beauty Wishlist❤

 photo PicMonkeyCollage_zps81267531.jpg
Hi Lovelies!
Hope you are all doing well? I wanted to test out a post today, as I'm thinking about doing a few mini wishlist posts for the blog. I'm starting my new full time job soon and want to make sure my content is still regular for you lovelies. I know it will take me a while to find my "flow" but I thought that a wishlist style post would be a great way to show you what products I'm lusting after right now. I would love to know what beauty products you are currently lusting over? and if you have tried any products from my wishlist, I would love to know if you think they are worth buying!

I have had this on my wishlist for a little while now! it seems to be a "must have" for a lot of my favourite beauty bloggers and youtubers! especially Viviana Does Makeup (Who I adore) - I'm a huge fan of the Estee Lauder ANR and this seems quite a similar product, which is why I have put off buying this for a while. However, it's something I know sooner or later I will give into and purchase haha! has anyone else tried this?

I pretty much LOVE NEOM as a brand, as I just find there service and products to be truly outstanding. I'm not the best sleeper and I think that this set would be perfect to help relax me when I start my new job next week. Plus this gift set saves you £20.50 in comparison to buying the single products that would work out a lot more expensive!

After making some cheeky Hourglass purchases, I found my self loitering around on the Space NK website! I have never purchased anything from "By TERRY" and when I seen these blushes I was instantly wowed. I think Rose Melba looks good enough to eat in this picture, so this little beauty has definitely made its way onto my wishlist.

I must admit I feel like I'm missing out a bit as I haven't tried a MAC foundation yet! I have always loved light coverage foundations from Chanel and YSL and I have always had this image of MAC foundations being too thick for what I like! However, after working at the spa which is very busy I have learnt to appreciate more medium/full coverage foundations for work days! It's so nice to go to work with a flawless base and know it will last, so I think I'm going to give the Studio Sculpt a whirl soon!

I hope you have enjoyed this short but sweet post! I want to try and mix things up a little so expect more personal posts, beauty series, wishlists, lifestyle and more! - I love hearing from you, so if you ever need any help or advice then don't hesitate to contact me via my Social Media Icons!

Lots of love!

Today's post is going to be about a product I have been loving the past 6 months! I'm sure I'm not alone when it comes to having sore and tired eyes at times. Blogging, Social Media, Work, Uni and general day to day errands can really take a toll on your eyes, and this product is the only product that has genuinely worked for me. I am a huge fan of Origins and I have quite a collection now, so I will definitely be filtering some more skincare reviews through the blog over the next couple of weeks. I have been making some cheeky beauty purchases from Hourglass, BOBBI BROWN, Chanel and Jo Malone recently.. So there will be plenty of beauty filled posts coming your way soon. I am planning on doing a few lifestyle and work related posts too, as I like to change it up for you lovelies as much as I can. I also really appreciate idea's.. so if you have anything at all you would like me to post about then don't be shy! just leave me a comment in the box down below, and I will get working haha! photo 88fd6c67-347c-4a3e-a11a-749f9d09f116_zps33e8f2f8.jpg Origins No Puffery Eye Roll On Review
No Puffery is a well-known Origins formulation that originally just in “mask form”. The main idea behind No Puffery is to help reduce uncomfortable puffy eyes, which are need of a little TLC. Extracts of Yeast instantly help to de-puff the eye are with use useful addition of the cooling roller ball applicator. Hoelen Mushroom extract also helps to calm the skin, as well as reducing the look of visible discolouration and circles. I have tried my fair share of “eye products” and only three have really made the grade for me, and the Origins No Puffery Eye Mask is definitely one of them. I have been using this product probably around seven months now, and I still regularly use it. It’s absolutely amazing to carry around with you, and the roller ball makes it super easy and hygienic to use on the go. If you travel a lot, suffer with sore eyes, or spend a lot of time using a computer then this is a little lifesaver. The texture is also lovely an very light weight which is a huge bonus, as it doesn’t leave a tacky residue around your eye. The lady at the Origins counter told me it can also be used as an eye serum, as it does have some anti-darkness properties! I sometimes pop this on before my Origins “Eye Doctor” which works a treat. It also lasts ages which is good, as it is a little on the pricey side. The addition of the roller ball is really useful, as the massage technique is proven to reduce the signs of pesky dark circles.  The roller ball energises and stimulates micro circulation, which helps to diminish darkness day by day. I definitely find that using No Puffery helps with the overall feel and condition of my eye area.
 photo 553cea7b-4862-423a-8f5e-c9e57fbe0330_zpsd95969db.jpgOverall
This product has never slipped out of my daily favourites since purchasing it later last year, which is pretty good for me considering I find it quite hard to find impressive eye products. It is quite expensive at £24.00, but I have found it to really work for me. Don't get me wrong there are other options that are cheaper, but I have found ones from Garnier and Botanics to irritate my eyes slightly. The Origins No Puffery Eye Roll On is perfect for a quick solution to sore eyes and it can also be used as a serum under your normal eye cream to help combat darkness.

I hope you have enjoyed this post lovelies, I would love to know if this is a product you are interested to try ? or perhaps give a miss! I look forward to hearing from you :)

Hi Lovelies!
Hope you are all doing really well? (add personal) So today I am back with another beautiful NEOM candle to celebrate the 1st birthday of their beautiful de-stress blend "Enchantment". I remember when I first purchased from NEOM and I couldn't get over the fabulous customer service! I actually have the post here if you would like to check it out. I have been purchasing from NEOM ever since, and some of their lovely gift sets have made fabulous birthday and Christmas presents for my close family and friends. I have grown up in the Welsh countryside and even now walking through a bluebell wood still has a really magical feel to it. So, when I heard about NEOM's celebrations for their beautiful "Enchantment" blend I was really excited to get involved. If you are new to NEOM then they are a luxury home and lifestyle brand, who take great pride in creating the most incredibly powerful, organic range of lxury bath, body and home fragrance products. NEOM create beautiful blends not only to make your personal space smell fantastic, but NEOM carefully master their products to be therapeutic treatments to make you feel more relaxed, energised or even just a whole lot happier. photo fe9594de-0bab-4f31-ada9-5a1ff561548a_zpse63f985d.jpgThe Review
Enchantment is a magical blend of Bluebell, Guaiacwood and Rose. NEOM describe the scent as  "Breathtaking bluebell notes and mood-boosting rose transport you to a place of intense calmness. Blended with guaiacwood - an oil derived from the palo santo tree, long used in meditation for its de-stressing properties - and delicate rose, this treatment will allow you to unwind and focus. NEOM originally released Enchantment as a limited edition fragrance, but due to its popularity they made the decision to add it to their permanent line! NEOM candles are made using only vegetable wax and pure essential oils rather than using synthetic fragrances. The high amount of essential oils used within each candle mean that they work as powerful holistic treatments, as well as making your personal space smell heavenly. There is a candle for every mood, and Enchantment is the perfect blend to inspire new days, full of hope and good will.

I have been burning "Enchantment" for around a week and have found it to be a very "uplifting" scent, which is perfect for Spring. I'm sure you are probably aware that I am starting a new job soon, and I have found this scent to be very positive, but at the same time quietly calming. I'm quite a worrier, so it has been nice to burn this candle when I have been feeling a little anxious about things. In terms of its notes I find that Enchantment is delicately Floral thanks to the addition of Bluebell and Rose, with a sweetness that I believe comes from the Guaiacwood oil. I like the fact that its a mixture off floral and sweet, as I'm not always too fussed on strong floral scents. I would even go as far to say as this could possibly be my favourite NEOM candle yet. I'm a huge fan of the LOVE candle which I reviewed here and I'm also a huge fan of their super relaxing Tranquilly range. However, Enchantment has got a certain magical essence about it, that makes you feel a real sense of inner calm. I love going on countryside walks with my family, and NEOM have done amazingly to create a candle that mimics the feeling of a fresh and floral woodland walk.

The packaging for the celebration version of the "Enchantment" Home Candle is gorgeous, and its White exterior gives it a real fresh feeling. I also like the wooden candle cap, as I feel that it adds a touch of luxury to overall look of the packaging. The candle retails at £42.00 which is expensive, but it does have an impressive burn time of 50 hours which is 30% more than most other premium candles offer. However, with the 25% discount code you will be able to get this candle for around £31.50. You will also get points for your purchase, which you will be able to use on your next order which is a huge bonus. NEOM are also donating £1 per candle to the "Woodland Trust" which I think is nice and very fitting with the "Bluebell" theme of their candle.

Fragrance - Jo Malone "Silk Blossom" Limited Edition

Hi Lovelies!
Hope you are doing really well ? I just wanted to take a moment to thank you all for the amazing response to my "Breast Scare" and "New Job" post down below. I'm quite a shy person at times, and found it really hard to talk about, and I think I only shared it with about six people. I was a little scared about posting it, but I have had so much positivity and love from the post.. which has made it totally worth while. If I can encourage just a few of you to check more often, then I feel like I have done something useful with my experience. It was my birthday on the 1st May, and to tell you the truth I just wasn't bothered about gifts, or planning anything special... at that time I just wanted a good set of results. I have to admit getting my good results was by far the best birthday present I could of had. My family and boyfriend were super lovely though and spoilt me, so I might post about that soon if you would like to see a birthday haul. The other day my boyfriend took me shopping to Bullring shopping centre in Birmingham, as a treat to celebrate me getting my new job. I can't even describe how excited I'm feeling about my new job as a "Digital Marketing Assistant" in one of the UK's best hotels. Anyway.. before I start rambling haha! I stopped by Jo Malone, and picked up one of their Limited Edition colognes "Silk Blossom" I have previously tried their "Bluebell" candle, and the lovely Sophia Meola treated me to a fabulous Jo Malone Gift Set, which I will be talking about very soon. I think Jo Malone is a very luxurious brand, that I like to keep for special occasions. I hope you enjoy today's post lovelies, and if you would like to get in contact then don't hesitate to get in touch via my social media icons. I would also love to hear your thoughts about this post in the comments section down below.
photo 2149BC23-8CA8-4FAF-AF53-0855929EE5E6_zps2413016f.jpgJo Malone Silk Blossom Cologne 30ml
Jo Malone describes Silk Blossom as being Nature's blooms as their most tempting. The nectarous, Pink-fringed pompoms of Silk Blossom. Irresistible to hummingbirds and butterflies. Apricot-fresh with a touch of spice. Airy with clouds of powder-soft heliotrope, nestling on a bed of moss. Fruit and enticing. Wow after reading that it actually made me feel like I was dreaming! and yes I can confirm that "Silk Blossom" is just as dreamy as it sounds. I always purchase a 30ml in my perfumes, as I travel a lot and find it a lot easier to travel with 30ml than a bigger size. I'm not the biggest perfume lover, and can be quite picky with my scents..which is another reason why 30ml is usually better for me. If I love the perfume then I usually order a full size for my dressing table, once I know I like it enough.

I purchased this on a bit of whim, after seeing it on the Jo Malone the website the night before. I must admit I made the right decision, and can't get enough of it. It's one of those fruity.. but not too fruity.. Floral... but not too floral (I'm sure you get the drift) it even has a touch of spice if you like something a little warmer. I can genuinely see this appealing to pretty much everyone, as its such a nice light fragrance perfect for the Spring and Summer months. The 30ml bottle costs £41.00 and the larger 100ml costs £82.00 it is expensive, but I would definitely say its a luxury high end treat! The perfume came beautifully packaged (free of charge) and the packaging is very pretty and delicate. Looking back, I wish I had got the larger bottle and I might even be tempted to purchase it as its Limited Edition.

Overall
This is the first Jo Malone fragrance I have tried, and it definitely won't be my last. I'm already excited to start using the products from the gift set Sophia very kindly got me for my birthday. I hope you enjoyed this fragrance post, and it would be great to hear from you lovelies in the comments section down below.

Personal - Thank You ❤

Breast Scare
I have debated whether or not to talk about this, but I have decided to because I think raising awareness is the most important part of this topic. I'm sure if you are a regular reader you would have seen a few tweets that maybe made you think what was going on... about two months ago now I found a lump in my right breast. I honestly can't explain the fear that rushed through my body when I found it, as well as a huge feeling of guilt.  I do check my boobs, but I must admit I don't do it half as much as I should... considering there is breast cancer in my distant family, so as you can imagine it made me feel very foolish. I was alone when I found the lump, and was actually getting ready to go out and do a spot of shopping. I noticed that my right breast looked a lot fuller, so I randomly decided to check.. and found the lump.
Finding a lump instantly puts everything into perspective, and makes you realise how important life is. I'm sure you all know I like my make-up, handbags and a few other things, but these things become completely irrelevant, and the only thing that matters is your health and your close family and friends. My doctor referred me for an emergency scan, as she was quite worried about the lump. I had to wait two weeks for the letter, and when it came the appointment was quite far away. I actually wanted to stay with the NHS, but shortly after I started having terrible dreams about my lump, as well as hot sweats throughout the night. I do suffer on and off with anxiety, and if you know me well then you will know how much of a worrier I really am. I got to the stage where I couldn't cope with work, uni and the stress of not knowing what was going on, so I decided to go private. After my initial chat and examination with my consultant he told me that he thought it was a tumour. A tumour!! I couldn't believe it, but luckily he told me it would be very unlikely at my age to be cancer. I decided to go for an ultra sound, which revealed my tumour... but also another mass of tissue. Being led on the bed and being told that there was more just made me feel physically sick. The doctor recommended that I have an immediate needle core biopsy.
I decided to go ahead with the needle core biopsy right there and then, and even though it was pretty scary I'm glad I went through with it. I don't think I was quite prepared for it, and my boob is still heavily bruised and sore... but its a very small price to pay in the grand scale of things. I have had my results back now, and I actually have three complex non cancerous tumours which might need to be operated on within the next few months. Most women only have one, but as I have three there is an increased chance of developing breast cancer, but as long as I'm more cautious everything should be fine. I really didn't know whether or not to talk about this on my blog, but I felt that I had to raise awareness. Even though breast cancer in young girls is uncommon its still very possible, and finding a lump in your breast/armpit early could be a life saver. I feel I was quite naive and never thought it would happen to me, but finding a lump has put a whole lot of things into perspective. The past two months have been like hell, and I have been plauged daily with worry, and this is something I would hate someone else to go through. I have been lucky to have fantastic support, so If you have any questions about seeing your doctor, needle core biopsies or anything else related to breast lumps make sure you message me. I'm by no means an expert, but I feel that my experience could at least help someone and if not.. then at least raise some awareness. So get checking lovelies!

I got the job!!
Phew! now I have got that over and done with I can finally announce "I got the job" woohoo! - I work at an Elemis Spa situated within a beautiful five star resort. I love working there (even though spa life can get stressful) haha! - I applied for a "Digital Media Assistant Role" at the hotel, at the same time as everything was going on with my breast scare. I was very scared, but knew I had to give this a go even if I wasn't feeling in a good place. I managed to get myself together and get prepared for my interview, and to my complete and utter surprise I got the job! It seems surreal that I have my dream job waiting for me, and I'm so excited about working with all the fantastic events at the hotel. The girls at the marketing office are absolutely fantastic, and have already made me feel a part of their team. I feel this is really the start of a great future for me, but firstly I have to say thank you to some fantastic people who have helped me on my way! I really appreciate everyone who has supported me through this tough time, as well as the lovely people who have helped and supported me in getting this job (thanks to everyone who filled out my questionnaire too) I might have forgotten a few people, but I'm hugely thankful to anyone who has supported me and my blog :)

Thank you to every single person who has supported me and my blog! - Leave your link down below, and I will add you to the list above :)

I hope you have enjoyed this post lovelies.. it's a lot more personal than I tend to post, but its good to have a chit chat now and then! I just wanted to get a few things off my chest, and I feel like now I can get back into my blogging routine. I have plenty of beauty related things to post about ;) and you can always check out my Instagram and Twitter for regular updates.

Lots of love!

PS - Thank You to everyone who wished me a happy 22nd Birthday on the 1st May! x
